When a loved one passes away with a valid will, we guide the named personal representative through testate probate administration from start to finish. The court oversees the process, but the will generally governs who is in charge, who inherits, and how the estate should be handled, subject to the requirements of state law.

Our role includes assisting with admission of the will to probate, appointment of the personal representative, and notification of beneficiaries and known creditors.
